Developing skills for the future
Our continued partnership with the Skills Academy enables us to provide learning and development opportunities tailored to the needs of our people and the different departments across TLJ.
By creating bespoke learning packages, we can ensure training is relevant to individual roles and responsibilities, while giving our teams opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.
This ongoing investment in professional development helps us maintain a competent, well-trained workforce today, while developing the skills and capabilities our business will need for the future.
A continued commitment to learning
Learning and development is an ongoing priority at TLJ. Our latest three-year commitment to the Skills Academy reflects our belief that investing in our people is an investment in the future of our business.
By supporting continuous development across the company, we aim to give our people the tools they need to succeed in their roles, progress professionally and continue delivering the high standards our customers expect from TLJ.
