We’re bringing the future of integrated access control to Bunn Leisure’s Holiday Park complex in West Sussex
The award-winning development, one of the largest and most popular on the south coast of England, is receiving major investment for 2021 and beyond. TLJ has been chosen to help re-imagine their digital estate, bringing cutting-edge tech to Bunn Leisure’s three main holiday villages at the Selsey site.
At the heart of the project is the installation of 226 RezLok models to static caravan units, park lodges and holiday cottages. Unusually for an electronic lockset, RezLok can be retro-fitted to uPVC and aluminium doors, as found on most caravans and lodges. As well as being highly advanced, self-contained electronic locks they are fully compatible with Mobile Keys, allowing holiday makers to use their smartphone as a secure digital key. One of the main advantages from the operator’s perspective is eliminating the need for hundreds of old fashioned metal keys, and the need to change locks if they are lost or stolen.
The system operates via TLJ’s Mobile Keys app, which is undergoing a bespoke makeover to align with Bunn’s corporate identity. However this is only an interim measure as we plan to fully integrate with their site app (under development), giving a truly seamless, one-stop guest experience. Functionality will include PMS integration with pre-check in facility, restaurant and activity booking, onsite guest marketing, cashless vending and, of course, access control for main entrances and car parks as well as their holiday accommodation.
