A.F.C Tickton, based near TLJ's global headquarters in Kingston upon Hull, is affiliated to the East Riding County FA under the auspices of the Football Association Ltd. Their mission statement is to offer "FUN FOR ALL" with the opportunity to play and enjoy football regardless of age, gender or ability.
The Club is maximum 3-star accredited by the Football Association, meaning they have achieved the highest possible standards, across a range of criteria, for their league. Boasting a total of 36 teams, with more to come, Tickton caters for men's and ladies squads, as well as boys and girls across several age ranges.
The Club is not just about playing, but also coaching and the administrative side of club football. Anywhere along their playing, or even non-playing, career they will have the opportunity to take their appropriate FA Qualifications. This will enable them to further enhance their participation in the game, even to taking over the managing, coaching, or administration of a Tickton team.
A.F.C Tickton have recently won the prestigious East Riding of Yorkshire Council Chairman's award for sports. The award, nominated by the public, was adjudicated by a panel of ERYC officials.

Sarah 'Louise' Newton is a long standing member of A.F.C and carries out a number of roles, including Welfare Officer and running several of the club's many teams. She also holds an F.A Level 2 qualification. Speaking about the new kit, Louise said:
We were delighted when TLJ Access Control made the offer to sponsor our new kit for the Broncos. It’s a huge help for the squad and everyone at the club thinks they look great. Let’s hope TLJ brings us luck for the season ahead!
Claire Martin, TLJ's HSQE Director, adds:
More than happy to help A.F.C Tickton with their new kit. The club is based only a few miles from TLJ’s headquarters and, as part of our company E.S.G commitment, we’re always happy to support local good causes.
