TLJ's inaugural outing with the Tech Innovation Partnership a huge success
Bisnow's Build To Rent Annual Conference took place at Wembley Park on Thursday 23rd September. This fantastic venue, incorporating the world famous Wembley Stadium, was the perfect setting for our first live event since before the Covid global pandemic. It held extra significance for us, being the first collaboration with our friends and SmartRent and Quadient.
The event attracted the great and the good of the UK's BTR industry including investors, developers, operators and suppliers. Some fantastic discussions took place, which we're actively following up this week.
Dubbed the Tech Innovation Partnership, the group's aim is to demonstrate how we can deliver modular, integrated, smart building solutions for Build to Rent (BTR) properties and purpose built student accommodation (PBSA). Technology plays a central role in increasingly smart buildings. The connected solutions of The Tech Innovation Partnership empower residents to control their building access, environment and parcel deliveries securely and conveniently through apps and other digital devices. Such a value-add can increase resident satisfaction and renewals, help BTR and PBSA operate efficiently, and provide key insights into building usage.
