CRM Students ViBe Kingston

Opened in September 2017, ViBe Student Living is an ultra-modern, purpose-built and fully interior-designed student accommodation facility in Kingston upon Thames. Operated by CRM Students, ViBe primarily serves Kingston University but is also within easy reach of central London. This state-of-the-art student accommodation offers en-suite for every room, gym, games area, cinema room and super-fast broadband.

TLJ’s innovative approach to access control and market-leading cost effectiveness meant we were chosen for the project. All student flats and studios were fitted with TLJ Identity electronic key card locks. The contemporary, ‘split’ design of the Identity lock perfectly suited the cutting-edge interior architecture of the building. Access control readers were in turn fitted to all shared access and communal areas. Students have been provided with programmable RFID key fobs to operate all doors for which they have been granted access. This is a discreet, practical alternative to key cards for longer-term users such as students.
