Fresh Student Living’s Mill House, on Gorgie Road, is perfectly placed for Edinburgh Napier University, and within easy reach of Edinburgh and Heriot Watt Universities. Completed in 2017, TLJ were appointed to provide electronic keycard locks and access control readers to all student apartments, studio flats and communal areas.

Working alongside the main mechanical and engineering contractor, TLJ’s slimline Revolution electronic keycard lock was a perfect fit for the modern apartment and studio doors. Shared access doors, such as the reception and main entrance, carry TLJ online Access Control readers. Toegether they constitute TLJ’s Connect system, combining offline electronic keycard locks with online wall-mounted access readers. This creates hybrid or ‘virtual’ online access control for a fraction of the cost of a hard-wired or wireless systems.
