1,000 TLJ electronic locks for true Liverpool - the name given to true Student Living’s latest development on Merseyside.
The 999-bed, 1.14-acre scheme, led by Aura Investors LLP, will include ‘state of the art’ facilities such as a gym, festival zone, cinema room and a sky lounge with terrace, offering 360° panoramic views across the city.
TLJ Access Control were chosen to supply and install almost 1,000 Infinity model electronic locksets across all accommodation suites and shared apartments. With contactless operation via RFID keycard or fob as standard, Infinity also comes with the option of TLJ Mobile Keys – opening doors with smartphone.
Phase one of the scheme, comprising over 600 beds, is on course to accept students from September 2021. Phase two is well underway.
Vermont Construction are heading up the build, with TLJ working closely with M&E contractor Excelsior Services across both phases of construction. true Student Living themselves are owned by The Bricks Group, another long-term partner of TLJ, which operates more than 3,500 beds across the UK.
