TLJ win Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Award

We're delighted to announce that TLJ have won the prestigious Product Innovation Award at the recent Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Show

The award, presented at the huge two-day event at the NEC, celebrates our commitment to developing electronic locks and access control solutions for the Holiday Park and Leisure industry which push the boundaries of design and represent an unprecedented blend of innovation, creativity and distinction.

It was the job of our Chief Technical Officer, Luke Martin, to present our offering for Holiday Parks and Leisure Resorts in the form of a 3-minute ‘elevator pitch' to a team of five industry experts, who went on to the judge TLJ the winners.

As well as attending the Awards ceremony, TLJ exhibited in one of the main exhibition halls. Our brand new stand was in a prominent position on a main thoroughfare, and attracted positive comments from all who visited.

The Changing Face of Holiday Parks

At TLJ we've recognised that holiday parks, caravan parks and leisure resorts are changing. Guests are demanding more digital-first services via smartphone app, before and during their stay. At the same time, operators are looking for ways to increase efficiencies, lower running costs and appeal to a new generation of holidaymakers in an increasingly competitive market.

Our response is to develop a solution tailored precisely to the needs of the holiday park industry. RezLok is our specialist electronic smart lock designed for caravans. Fully self-contained, it is compatible with multipoint uPVC, wooden or composite doors. RezLok works equally well on refurbishments, new fleet or sub-lets and can be operated by smartphone app or more traditional fobs and contactless key cards.

TLJ’s operating platform can integrate with systems such as cashless vending, resort maps, remote check-in and restaurant booking for the ultimate guest experience. As well as our dedicated Mobile Keys smartphone app, our software can be seamlessly embedded into operators' existing resort apps. We can even integrate with a huge range of property management (PMS) systems, allowing guests to automatically receive a digital key for their accommodation before arrival. Auto check-in is now a reality, making lengthy queues at reception a thing of the past!
