Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel

Set in 50 acres of quintessential English countryside, Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel is a Grade II listed stately home retreat. Following an extensive renovation project in 2014 the Hotel now boasts 400 locks within the old Hall and a new, state-of-the art Spa complex. This represented a significant security risk across the entire site, with guests and spa visitors coming and going continually, as well as a high turnover of staff.

TLJ were chosen to provide electronic key card locks throughout. TLJ Classic locks were chosen to compliment the traditional decor of the old Hall, with modern Infinity locks used in the new Spa development. Access readers were fitted to all public access doors, staff rooms and communal areas. A clever integrated locking system was also installed in the spa, allowing guests to access personal lockers in the six changing rooms.

Upon arrival, waterproof wristbands are provided to all guests. These store access privileges for selected doors and lockers. In addition, TLJ’s lock management software is fully integrated with Hoar Cross Hall’s Property Management System. This allows seamless guest check-in on an extremely busy reception.
