Situated in the heart of Stirling, the Oak Tree Inn is a charming hotel offering guests a true taste of Scottish hospitality. TLJ first partnered with the Oak Tree Inn [X years ago], when the hotel undertook a refurbishment of its guest room access systems. Our Infinity lock, the go-to choice for hotels, was installed throughout the property, delivering seamless, reliable access control while preserving the hotel's welcoming atmosphere.
When the Oak Tree Inn recently expanded their offering with the addition of luxury pods on the grounds, they chose to return to TLJ for their next phase of growth. Understanding the unique needs of standalone structures, we supplied and installed 7 Rezlok smart locks — our specialist solution for holiday parks, lodges, and cabins thanks to their multipoint locking capability.

Before implementing Rezlok, managing physical keys for our pods was a significant challenge… Since adopting the Rezlok smart lock system, we’ve not only eliminated these problems but also created a much smoother, more efficient experience.
One key benefit is how simple it has made access for our housekeeping team… saving valuable time and eliminating the need for multiple physical keys.
The ability to provide the same keycard to our pod guests as we do for our hotel guests has proven invaluable… making it especially beneficial during busy periods and for late arrivals. Additionally, the ability to manage access remotely has greatly enhanced security and provided us with greater control.
Our team has found the system incredibly user-friendly, with minimal training required. The installation process was seamless, and the support from TLJ Access Control has been outstanding.
