We're delighted to have been chosen to install integrated access control at Ashley Gardens, Tottenham Hale
The high profile scheme, from Berkeley Square Developments, is designed to offer a range of larger family homes adjacent to Down Lane Park in Tottenham Hale. Phase One will deliver 104 social rent homes in Spring 2022. The second phase, which commenced construction in March 2021, is due for completion in the spring of 2024 and will deliver 310 new private BTR homes and 3 additional retail spaces.
Ashley Gardens is directly adjacent to Down Lane Park in Tottenham Hale and, as well as being aesthetically sensitive, will provide considerable investment to support the Park’s future as a key community hub.
TLJ have been specified by owner/operator Long Harbour to install Invisible model electronic locks on all 310 apartments. The flagship of TLJ's range, the Invisible, is a specifier's dream - all working parts are hidden inside the door, allowing virtually any combination of lever-on-rose, escutcheon and cylinder to match the interior design of the building. Invisible can be operated via smartphone app, contactless keycard or fob.
In addition to the apartment door locks, we are installing online access control readers on all shared communal doors, along with elevator controllers on all lifts. The final piece of the access control jigsaw comprises TLJ's Integré voice and video intercom, linked to in-room monitors in each apartment.
Together, this integrated system will allow secure access for residents and their visitors - all controlled via a single smartphone app. It's what we call our ‘street to sofa’ solution.
