The TLJ Intercom system provides integrated door entry and security for flats, apartments, and buildings. It offers seamless access for residents, guests, and visitors-from the main entrance and lift to the final apartment door.

For residents, the external intercom system panel works with a TLJ Wall Reader to ensure secure entry. The real power is in guest management: compatible with an in-apartment monitor or a dedicated smartphone app, the TLJ intercom lets residents precisely control who enters your building and when.

Flexible range of applications

TLJ Intercom can be used on almost any multi-occupancy residential property such as Build To Rent (BTR), multi-family, co-living apartments and student accommodation (PBSA).

In-room monitor and smartphone app compatible

TLJ Intercom provides VoIP (voice and video) communication in real time. Visitor calls resident, who can exclusively grant access, via main entrance and elevator, to their apartment only.

Range of compatible access tokens

Residents can use the in-built 5” touchscreen to gain entry via PIN code. Alternatively, there’s a range of access tokens including RFID key card, fob, or handsfree access via TLJ Mobile Key smartphone app.
